Water boiling machine

This electric kettle was developed through an exploration of industrial aesthetics and elements drawn from engineering and machinery. Inspiration from cooling fins is expressed through a ribbed body, creating a clear formal rhythm and emphasizing precision and durability.

The knurled handle was designed as a clear structural element that complements the kettle’s industrial language. A toggle switch adds an analog layer to the operation and emphasizes a direct connection between the user and the mechanism. In addition, a simple locking mechanism was integrated to prevent accidental spillage, as part of a functional approach that guides the entire design.

The project aims to combine everyday use with an engineered formal language, where function, material, and form work together to create a clear, precise product with a strong presence
