Polilamp
A lamp made entirely of aluminum, developed through an exploration of metal forming processes and structural connections. The manufacturing process includes softening a metal tube and hydraulic pressing, allowing for precise shaping and controlled form. The upper and lower parts are connected through a smart geometric locking mechanism, eliminating the need for screws or additional fasteners and emphasizing a clean, functional solution. The bottom base cover is produced using lathe turning, providing a precise finish.
All indentations were created by designing and fabricating dedicated metal jigs, allowing for controlled and repeatable pressing to achieve consistent results
The Poli stamp was made using punched lettering
